Big Waves Endodontics strives to deliver the finest endodontic care. Typically, procedures are completed in one appointment; therefore, payment is due at the time of your appointment. For your convenience, there are a number of payment options available. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
INSURANCE INFORMATION
With the majority of PPO insurance plans, you can choose to see us as an out of network provider. As a courtesy, we will help you file your claim so that your insurance benefit will be reimbursed directly to you. We will collect payment in full at the time of the appointment.
